We may receive information from advertising platforms (Meta/Facebook, Google, TikTok, Instagram) when you interact with our ads, and from our payment processors when a transaction is completed.

10. SMS Notifications

A+ Drive (Aristeguieta LLC, DBA A+ Drive) sends transactional SMS notifications to chauffeurs and passengers of private transportation operators that use our booking platform.

Consent (opt-in)

Passengers provide their mobile number in the booking form on the operator's website. Directly below the phone field, the form discloses that submitting the booking constitutes consent to receive SMS notifications about that trip. Chauffeurs are enrolled by the transportation operator that employs or contracts them and receive trip assignments as part of that working relationship.

Message content and frequency

Messages are strictly transactional: booking confirmations, pickup reminders, trip assignments, and status updates. We never send marketing or promotional text messages. Message frequency varies by the number of trips booked. Message and data rates may apply.

How to opt out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at admin@aplusdrive.com.

Data collected and who we share it with

• Data collected for the SMS service: name, mobile phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off addresses, and trip date and time.
• Shared only with: the relevant transportation operator, Stripe (payment processing), Twilio (SMS delivery), Resend (email delivery), and Google Maps (routing and navigation).

We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
